 At Golden Touch we do not take deposits and we do not charge traditional Cancellations fees. Instead our Policies are as follows:

Appointments Rescheduled Same Day will incure a $10 flat fee to be paid at next scheduled appointment.

Clients that preform a Same Day Cancelation will be asked to pre-pay for their next appointment in full. In the event a client is still unable to make their next appointment and cannot reschedule, they will not be refunded the pre paid fee.
